Enrollment Process

We are here to guide you through the process of getting the best care for your child.
Step 1

Schedule a consultation

We welcome you to schedule a free consultation with our clinic to learn more about our approach to ABA therapy and our services. During the consultation, we will answer any questions you have and discuss your child’s needs.
Step 2

Verifying insurance

We accept many insurance plans including BCBS, Community Health Choice, Aetna, Magellan, and Cigna

We will guide you through the specifics of your insurance plan such as deductibles, co-insurance, co-pay, and out of pocket costs.

Step 3

Your child's assessment

Our Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) will conduct an assessment of your child’s needs and abilities before starting therapy. We use assessments to determine your child’s strengths and areas for improvement, as well as to identify any potential barriers to treatment.

This will help our BCBA develop an individualized treatment plan that targets your child’s specific needs and goals and our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) will provide the best daily therapy for your child.

Our team will work with you to schedule an assessment that fits your schedule and your child’s needs.

Step 4

Time to set GOALS

Goals are the foundation of ABA therapy and help our therapists develop an individualized treatment plan that addresses your child’s specific needs. Our BCBA and therapists will work with you to set specific goals that are measurable, achievable, and relevant to your child’s development.

Step 5

Small steps, giant leaps!

Regular therapy sessions are crucial for making progress in ABA therapy. Our clinic will work with you to schedule sessions that fit your child’s needs and your schedule. We recommend scheduling sessions at the same time and day each week to establish consistency.

Progress monitoring is critical to ensure that your child is making progress towards their goals. Our clinic will provide you with regular updates on your child’s progress and discuss any areas of concern or adjustment needed to their treatment plan.
